  • Medical Fitness Report: Evidence of physical and mental fitness from a government-recognized medical hospital.
  • Letter of Good Character: Evidence of good character, often from a village or district head of the applicant.
  • NYSC Certificate: For graduate positions, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or valid exemption certificate is mandatory.
