1.) Forming Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose
- Coordinate production activities and ensure that good quality bottles are produced in line with the quality plan.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that activities concerned with job change are carried out in line with production requirements.
- Maintain and monitor effective supervision of the Forming Department with reference to quality and cleanliness of work areas
- Identify and rate the department’s activities and develop programs where necessary to help control those activities that could have adverse impact on the environment.
- Ensure hygienic environment during production and packaging
- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 1- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good communication oral/written and report writing skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Suites – excel, words and power point.

2.) Instrumentation Specialist
Location: Ogun
Job Purpose
- Oversee the installation, testing, repair and calibration of instrumentation and control equipment to ensure smooth functioning of plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all process control instruments monitoring temperature, pressure level, flow, weight etc. are installed, maintained, and repaired within their specified limits and periodically calibrated to guarantee hitch free operations.
- Modify and repair controls on Machines/Equipment to improve efficiency and save cost.
- Arrange on-the-Job trainings for subordinates in accordance with training and manpower plans.
- Keep abreast of spares stock, initiate, purchase of same as soon as agreed re-order point is attained.
- Keep record of instrumentation equipment that has bearing on the quality of our products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.
Qualifications & Experience

- Expert on electronic machine operations.
- Circuit and drawing readings.
- Ability to critically analyze electronic and instrumentation faults and proffer solutions.

3.) Demand and Supply Planner
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
- This role is responsible for curating a demand forecast by products based on sales history and sales plan.
- The role also performs supply planning activities, ensuring stock availability/cover within target at optimized inventory and cost levels to meet current and future business needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate periodic (annual/quarterly/monthly) demand plan/forecasts and budget based on historical data, customer market visibility, stock level, business/sales trends, demand patterns etc. to ensure details needed are available for decision making.
- Coordinate demand planning process via detailed collaboration with sales team to drive demand accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly demand-review meeting with sales team to evaluate forecast trends, challenge numbers’ assumptions, understand demand driver and insure a full consensus on figures.
- Develop master production schedule for glass production, detailing production sequence and lead-time in alignment with (KAMs) & Plant Managers for each month.
- Work on all related reports for production planning, sales and inventory outlook used for material requirement planning, cash flow & warehouse planning.
- Intimate KAMs, Supply Chain Managers & Warehouse Supervisors on stock and Sales Order (SOD) availability
- Weekly Projection of sales target in alignment with KAMs to keep all hands-on deck to maximize sales.
- Drive and optimize inventory management to achieve costs reduction/working capital via inventory dispatch planning and variance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Science/Management or other related fields
- 4-6 years’ experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
- High Analytical, Numerical & Presentation skills
