Requirements For Kaduna State Government Recruitment Screening
Once you see your name on the shortlist, ensure your documents are in check in preparation for the screening which is the next stage of the recruitment process. Below are the requirements for the screening:
- Original academic certificates like SSCE, HND, and B.Sc. both original and photocopies.
- Relevant professional certifications (if any).
- A valid means of identity such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, or voter card.
- Certificate of State of Origin duly signed.
- Birth certificate or age declaration.
- Certificate of L.G.A of Origin (Local Government Identification).
- Recent Passport photographs.
- A copy of the printout of the reply to your online application.
- Print out your registration slip.
- Bank Verification Number(BVN).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing previous experience, roles, and responsibilities.
- Letters of recommendation or reference from previous employers (if requested).
- Must show proof of good conduct and not have any criminal records.
- Medical fitness certificate from a recognized medical institution.
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter (for graduates below a certain age).
