• Assemble products and components according to specified plans and instructions

• Ensuring clients comply with IRS regulations and meet their state and federal tax obligations.
• Analyzing and minimizing tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.
• Reviewing financial records, income statements, and expenditures.
• Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships, and individuals.
• Researching tax issues and assisting with tax audits.
• Consulting with clients, reviewing their tax information, and responding to questions and concerns.
• Advising clients on employee health care benefits, compensation, and accounting systems.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
• 3 – 5 Years of experience in an audit firm.
• Tax preparation experience.
• Experience using tax preparation software and applications.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent accounting skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and constantly meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
• Analyzing sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs.
• Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
• Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, markdowns, clear-outs, etc.
• Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.
• Maintaining and tracking inventory.
• Liaising between the customer and the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
• Minimum of OND in business, marketing, retail, or related field may be preferred.
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commercial awareness.

• Counting: Accurately counting physical items, whether they are products in a warehouse, supplies in an office, or other assets.
• Verification: Comparing counted items against existing records or lists, identifying discrepancies, and reporting them.
• Recording: Documenting the results of the counting process, either manually or using electronic devices.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.

Skills Required:

• Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy is crucial for this role.
• Basic Math Skills: Simple arithmetic and possibly some percentage calculations.
• Communication Skills: The ability to clearly communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Physical Stamina: Some counting roles may require standing for extended periods or lifting light objects.
