- Birth Certificate (the National Population Commission) or Affidavit of Declaration of Age.
- A valid means of identification such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, or Voter’s card.

- Bank Verification Number(BVN).
